Rental conditions

-   Requirements for the Renter

The driver must be at least 21 years old and must produce valid personal documents –driving licence valid for at least one year and personal ID card.

-   Responsibilities of the Renter

In case of an accident or damage, the Renter should inform the Traffic Police and receive protocol for the accident regardless whether he was guilty or not, and inform immediately the Lessor as well as assist the Lessor and the Insurance company in clarifying the incident and the damages. The price includes TPL and CDW and limits Renter’s responsibility up to the amount of the deposit. The insurances does not cover flat tires, broken wipers, lost keys, documents and audio equipment as well as damages on the chassis.

-   Prices and method of payment

The prices are quoted per 24 hours and include unlimited mileage as well as road taxes within Bulgaria. The prices are in Euro and do not include 20% VAT. Payment should be made before or at the moment of renting and could be made in cash ор by bank transfer.

-   Delivery and collection of the vehicle

Delivery and collection of the vehicle within Sofia between 07:00 am and 10:00 pm is free of charge. Beyond these hours, the tax for delivery/collection is 10 Euro within Sofia. Delivery and collection of the vehicle outside Sofia is subject to an additional agreement

-   Car and a driver

The Renter could hire a driver and the price per day is 15 Euro within Bulgaria.

-   Fuel

The vehicle is delivered with full tank and shall be collected with full tank. If the vehicle is returned with less fuel, the difference shall be paid by the Renter.

-   Additional equipment

Snow chains, baby seats, roof racks and ski racks are available on request and are free of charge.
